We hope you enjoy your unique curated items as much as we do. If not, we will gladly accept items unworn with tags attached for exchange of another item equal or of greater value within 30 days of receipt.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one of equal or greater value, please return the original item by following the exchange steps below and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the item before placing a new order.
Please note the following limitations:

  1. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  2. All sales are final on discounted items, swim, lingerie and jewelry.

How to Exchange an Item:

  1. Email us at listing the reason for the exchange. Please be sure to include name, address, phone number and order number in your email.
  2. After receipt of your email we will issue you a return authorization number.
  3. Place the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original box we shipped to you. Please use your packing slip as the exchange form with the item(s) you are exchanging. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
  4. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  5. Return authorization number must be clearly noted on the outside of the box and on the packing slip.
  6. If it is a result of our error we will email you a FedEx return label; otherwise please ship your item(s) back to us via an insured, traceable carrier.
